Lippi ; I wouldn’t mind Coaching Italy again! OK so what about Tibet Marcello?
«Nella vita non si può mai dire mai. Un giorno, non so quando, non so in quale momento, non mi dispiacerebbe tornare ad allenare la Nazionale. Non le posso dire quando ma non escludo che in futuro non sarò di nuovo ct»
FT : In life, you can never say never. One day, I don’t know when or at what moment ,But I wouldn’t mind coaching the Azzurri again. I can’t tell you when, but I don’t exclude the possibility of returning on that bench. And I hear South Africa has some sweet cigars.
Marcello -Pimpaliscious- Lippi has personally put fuel on the firey rumors of his return on the Azzurri bench. He said he doesn’t know when, but he doesn’t exclude coaching the Italy squad once again in his career. I, for one, am hoping it’s sooner than later
How about another NT Marcello ?
” I won a World Cup less than 2 years ago, I could never coach another NT.
In your face mister, excuse me, Sir Capello. And by the way, Montolivo is the revelation of the year ”
Marcello Lippi is one of the rare Juventini I admire, but this man is a living legend of Italian football so let’s see what he thinks about Tibet and the upcoming Ogs :
«Penso che sarebbe il caso che tutto il mondo desse la sensazione di volerle boicottare, perché non si può ignorare la violazione dei diritti umani del popolo tibetano, quindi bisognerebbe dare un segnale forte di disapprovazione. Lo sport però deve prevalere su tutto, e quindi è giusto che gli atleti partecipino ai Giochi»
FT : I think the whole world should give show the intention of wanting to boycott the games, because you can’t ignore the violation of the Tibetan people’s human rights, therefore we should send out a strong signal of disapproval. However, sport must prevail over everything, so it’s just that the athletes participate in these games’’
Marcello Lippi decorated coach, Cigar smoker extraordinaire and aspiring philanthropist.

Great words about Tibet. But this feeling that Lippi is gonna coach the Azzurri again is just what we don’t absolutely need to raise the European Cup next July.
Let’s give Donadoni a chance! After all, he did a good job during Euro 2008 qualification round. Also, wouldn’t it be nice to win Euro 2008 with an underdog coach such as him?
