Germany and Spain are NOT heavyweights at this level. Frankly, I would have preferred meeting finesse teams rather than scrappy ones that can stifle creativity with physical play. Cigarini will not have a great tournament IMO. Those kids really need to pull it together if they’re going to advance from this group… they’ve been living off the FIGC logo for way too long (and that goes for practically all of Italy’s youth teams).

Hey, don’t be so mean on Shevchenko, that was a nice goal actually… also, did we watch the same Lazio-Milan? It ended 1-1, not 2-1.

Jeff’s right. Considering there weren’t any real important Italy games in November, hard to maintain. Plus numbers…..it’s not like we’re getting paid.

Don’t worry about the numbers, theres nothing you can do if there is not a lot of news out there. Hopefully for the U21 tourney we will be able to demolish the teams in our group and not stumble against them.
