Lippi to play 4-4-2?

An article on Ansa.it is dissecting the attacking possibilities for next week’s tilt with Germany, including a 4-4-2. Don’t bet on it. I think the most likely option is the last one noted– Delpi / Toni / Gilardino. Against a German squad who are very technically capable of cutting off the passing lanes through the middle, it should be an interesting test.
