It’s time.
Finally, no more waiting…no more debating. For those of you, be you German, Italian, or wherever you are, let’s hope for an exciting and clean game. The lineups (in case you haven’t seen them) are here.
See you in a few hours, hopefully preparing for the final on Sunday.
Forza Italia. Non Mollare Mai!

I hope however this game ends, people realize that you shouldn’t judge a country after its yellow press.
These teams are treating each other far better, respect wise, than those in our last match. Lets hope the audience life on stage and elsewhere remember to behave like hosts, and lets anylize a nerve wrecking game together once it’s over instead of spinning conspiracy theories and playing the blame game.
For another nerve wrecking 30 minutes!

Congratulations! Honestly.
I don’t know about the rest of the performances, but this particular game was deservedly won by the Italians.
I’m not bashing our team by saying so, becasue no one, even in my own country, would have believed we could make it to place three or four.
What a thriller!!!!
By the way, did you see those drenched trikots in close up? I felt so sorry for the guys, I only wanted to step up to the field and turn a hose on… to cool everyone down.
The scenes I saw after the match so far were exactly what I wanted to see after a match: Trikot switch, and congratulations despite dissapointment.

Well said Kantorka. If you think about it a moderate German team has come so close in the last two world cups so there’s reason to be proud of that. Good luck against the French on Saturday.

Kantorka,
I’ll take you as the example of Germany and not the yellow press. Your post is classy
Game well played. The Italy and Germany games are always fun, no?
