I Pod, You Pod…

Flipping through the iPod last night I was reminded of a couple USMNT podcasts that contained some info on the Azzuri. Check out the January 19th phone interview with Peter Vermes as he retells his funny (and scary) thoughts on the US/Italy match in Rome at the 1990 WC. About 2/3 of the way in, he tells a story about Franco Baresi that is priceless. For those who don’t have portable audio devices, you can listen to the MP3 directly from the link, so no excuses!

This got me to thinking about other soccer podcasts I’m aware of (Off The Ball, The Rumor Mill). Few of them are Azzuri or Serie A related specifically (other than GQ’s podcast) and none are in the English language. If you know of any, post a comment for all to see. I’d love to know where they are, and I can’t believe there isn’t something out there.
