No goals over the last 270 minutes for Juventus and Inter combined. All that chirping I’d been doing about how the Italian sides were scoring lots of goals? Bahh.

Juventus didn’t look comfortable having to push forward, and I’m sure a lot of it had to do more with the players NOT on the pitch today than those who were on it. And hey, let’s give some credit to Arsenal here.

But weren’t we just saying the other day that Nedved was struggling to keep up and hacking people? Yes indeed, we were. I know the Czechs will have Koller et al this summer, but I can’t help but think without the Nedved of three years ago they are in trouble. Not to mention Baros, who has disappeared. That is not a match that the Azzurri should lose, at least not on current form.
