Derby Della Madonnina

For the casual fan, this probably wasn’t a great match. But if you watched closely, there were some wonderful ‘through balls’, some excellent tackles, and a great tactical battle. And then of course, as we’ve come to expect, there was a five second span where Inter fell asleep faster than a drunk man in a hammock and BANG that was it. Unreal.

Inzaghi did not play because of the flu, apparently, and Gilardino’s unnecessary flopping every time he takes a hit is getting annoying. I hope that doesn’t continue, he doesn’t need to resort to that.

Dida should NOT be starting in the nets for Brazil, that honor should go to Julio Cesar. Dida continues to play as if someone threw marbles in front of his box. He is completely shaken. Mind, I wouldn’t be too disappointed if he kept that form up for a few more months. hah.

Lets hope that Brazil keep Dida in net for the WC. It’ll be great to watch Brazil go out in the second round when he lets in a couple howlers.
